About the Role

Radio B is looking for an enthusiastic Producer Assistant to join our team. You’ll support producers and presenters during live and pre-recorded shows, helping to make sure everything runs smoothly on-air and behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist producers with running orders, music logs, and show prep.

• Support presenters during live broadcasts (timing, cues, shoutouts, etc.).

• Help manage listener interaction (texts, socials, requests).

• Coordinate with guests and talent before and after interviews.

• Log show notes and update the schedule where required.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Confidence working in a fast-paced, live environment.

• A passion for music, radio, and engaging with listeners.

• Team player, reliable, and willing to learn quickly.
